Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer concierge team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid, fully insured shipping label.
Secure the Setting
Place the ring setting in its original presentation box and include all original documentation, including the appraisal and certification, to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to a new shipping box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking and insurance purposes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality assurance team verifies the setting is in its original, unworn condition, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
